Kosai workshops are designed for participants of all experience levels unless otherwise specified.

Products: Kosai does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us for assistance.

Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the workshop date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop. If Kosai cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund.

Refunds for products or workshops will not include shipping fees or charges for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Event details, including fees, registration, and accessibility, will be outlined on the Event page of our website.

Certain events may require advance registration or ticket purchase, while others may be open to the public free of charge.

Kosai reserves the right to modify event details or cancel events if necessary.
