  • Does Kosai offer international shipping for shop products?
    Yes, Kosai ships internationally.

    Are the shop products limited?
    Original works are limited, signed, and numbered. In some cases, you will also receive a certificate verifying the authenticity of the original piece. Specific product details are provided in the descriptions.

    How long does shipping take?

    • Local orders within Switzerland take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
    • International orders outside of Switzerland can take 3-10 weeks, depending on the destination.
      Orders are shipped twice a month, mid-month and at the end of the month. The exact shipping date depends on when your order was placed. Tracking is not available for shipments. Thank you for your understanding.

    Can I return or exchange orders?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if products arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work to find a solution. Please note that items lost due to an incorrect address or the lack of tracking are not eligible for a refund.

    What happens if a workshop does not meet the minimum number of participants?
    If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the workshop may be canceled, and participants will receive a full refund. This is also specified in the refund policy.
