Refund Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for shop products.

    Damaged or Lost Items: If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately via the contact form. We will evaluate the situation and work to find a suitable solution.

    Conditions for Damaged or Lost Items: Refunds or replacements will not be provided for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or for shipments without tracking

  • Membership payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations by Kosai: If a workshop does not meet the minimum number of participants or needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.

    Participant Cancellations:

    Non-Refundable Materials: If materials were purchased specifically for the workshop and cannot be reused, the cost of those materials will be deducted from the refund.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage during transit. Please ensure all details provided for customization are accurate.

  • Most events are free of charge. If a paid event is canceled by Kosai, participants will receive a full refund.

    Ticketed events may have a separate cancellation policy outlined on the specific event page.

  • For refund requests or inquiries, please email us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving the product or attending the event.

    Please provide proof of purchase and photos if applicable (e.g., damaged product).
